Bulk Material Handling | Automatic Industrial Sampling

An industrial sampler for granules and pellets. Collects accurate samples when mounted on positive or negative, vertical or horizontal pneumatic conveying systems or gravity chutes. When activated, sample tube extends into the product stream. A cavity in the tube collects the sample. Sample tube then retracts out of the product stream and seals the line. Standard construction: Aluminum seal housing, stainless steel sampling tube with Teflon seals. Other construction materials available as required by application.

CONTROLS
InterSystems control packages are available to suit any sampling control application. The standard units allow maual and automatic sampling operations. These units can handle a wide variety of voltages and frequencies and can be constructed for most environments.

Electric: 110V single phase Pneumatic: 60 to 80 PSI.
