Bulk Material Handling | Automatic Industrial Sampling

An industrial sampler for vertical and inclined gravity spouts, which can sample free flowing materials, including granules, powders and pellets. Design requires very little space and collects repeatable samples. When activated, a slotted sample tube rotates through the product stream, exposing the sample slot opening to the stream and collects a sample. The sample then flows through the tube and into the sample collection device of your choice. The tube continues to rotate, sweeping a complete 360-degree arc and stops. Sample slot is positioned away from the stream of material when not sampling. Standard construction is carbon steel with a stainless steel tube. Other construction materials are available as required by the application.

CONTROLS

InterSystems control packages are available to suit any sampling control application. The standard units allow maual and automatic sampling operations. These units can handle a wide variety of voltages and frequencies and can be constructed for most environments.
