InterSystems.net: Gravity Chute GP

An industrial sampler for collecting samples of free flowing materials, including granules and pellets. Collects a repeatable sample when mounted in a sloped or vertical gravity chute. When activated, the slotted sample tube extends into the product stream. A sample slot, which can be sized per the material, allows the sample to enter the sample tube. The sample then flows through the tube and into the sample collection device of your choice. Sample tube then retracts from the product stream and seals the opening. Standard construction is heavy gauge steel. Other construction materials are available as required by the application.

CONTROLS

InterSystems control packages are available to suit any sampling control application. The standard units allow maual and automatic sampling operations. These units can handle a wide variety of voltages and frequencies and can be constructed for most environments.
