Automatic Pallet Dispenser
The Intersystems automatic pallet dispenser is used to separate and dispense one pallet at a time from a stack of pallets. This is a key function from the perspective of ergonomic and safety concerns. Intersystems' system features several design concepts that distinguish it as "Best in Class" within the industry.
Most notably, this unit does not require a minimum amount of pallets be kept in the system. Most manufacturers require the loading of 2 or 3 pallets by hand and then inserting the main stack or it is necessary to ensure that the system never empties. The Intersystems system will cycle and can be loaded at any time during the operation.

Intersystems’ system also allows for a wide
range of pallets. Most systems “grip” the stack from the outside. If there is a broken pallet or if they are narrower/wider than normal, there are issues with dispensing. This system will dispense
a wide range of pallet shapes, sizes and styles without any adjustments.
Optional pallet magazine can be added to the
side of the system. These magazine allow for an additional 10 pallets each on top of the standard 10. Added in series, the system capacity becomes nearly limitless.
Without any adjustments, this system can be operated in reverse. With this function, the Intersystems pallet dispenser now collects and up-stacks empty pallets which are either stored or removed by a fork truck.
