LDS-55 Liquid Dispensing System
Intersystems 'Velcon' brand subsurface liquid dispensers provide a unique programmable product level tracking system to minimize contamination, reduce drips and maintain a clean lance. The liquid dispenser model LDS-55 is designed to provide accurate liquid dispensing (product removal) of palletized filled 55 gallon drums and totes. Acting in the reverse of typical filling, this system monitors the weight of product being dispensed. The unique scale and conveyor design ensures that all but a few ounces of product are removed from the drum. Standard design includes drum rinse (after the dispense cycle) and rinse solution removal.
